Cozy Overnight Stay

We offer you a relaxing night in a pleasant pilgrim atmosphere. We have 10 single beds as well as two double beds measuring, all with curtains, cotton sheets, and pillows, so you can sleep soundly despite the pilgrim dormitory atmosphere. Light blankets are provided, and a thick duvet is available for a small additional charge.

Homemade Meals

Enjoy a delicious, freshly prepared dinner with locally sourced ingredients. Our menu typically consists of a large salad, main course, and dessert, along with water and wine. If you are vegetarian, pescatarian, or vegan, or suffer from any food intolerances, we will be happy to accommodate your meal planning if you let us know before your arrival. You can also order delicious Portuguese dishes from the restaurant 1 km away. A rich breakfast buffet is available the next morning.

Canoe Tour

Would you like an idyllic, stress-free morning paddle surrounded by beautiful nature? We offer a guided canoe tour in beginner-friendly three-person canoes on the river between Valença and Tui, including a trip to the river and a return trip to the hostel (if you stay with us twice). Contact us; we’ll be happy to tell you more.

Pilgrimage with Children

Younger guests are warmly welcome! And to keep things interesting, we have indoor and outdoor games, some children’s books and toys, and a playground directly across from the hostel.

Relaxation in the Garden

In our beautiful, large garden with many fruit trees, hammocks, a shady pergola, and a small, cool pool await you. Time to hang out and chill!
